下記の時間帯に HENNGE Secure Transfer と HENNGE Email DLPの Secure Download 機能に関連するメンテナンス作業を実施いたします。

■メンテナンス期間
2025年12月16日（火）21時00分〜22時00分

メンテナンス期間中、最大で5分程度下記のような状態が発生する可能性がございます。

・HENNGE Secure Transfer のユーザー画面および管理画面、ダウンロード用リンク/アップロード用リンクにアクセスするとエラーが表示される可能性がございます
・HENNGE Email DLP の Secure Download 機能によって発行されたダウンロード用リンクにアクセスするとエラーが表示される可能性がございます
・HENNGE Email DLP で Secure Download 機能を利用するフィルターが適用された場合に一時的に処理が保留される（メールが遅延して送信される）可能性がございます

いずれも一時的なものであり、メンテナンス終了後に正常にアクセスやメールの送信は行われますのでご安心下さい。

We will be performing maintenance related to HENNGE Secure Transfer and the Secure Download feature of HENNGE Email DLP during the period specified below.

■ Maintenance Period Tuesday, December 16, 2025, from 21:00 to 22:00 (JST)

During the maintenance window, the following conditions may occur for a maximum of approximately five minutes:

・Accessing the HENNGE Secure Transfer user console, admin console, or download/upload links may result in an error display.

・Accessing download links issued by the Secure Download feature of HENNGE Email DLP may result in an error display.

・When a filter using the Secure Download feature is applied in HENNGE Email DLP, processing may be temporarily held (leading to delayed email transmission).

Please be assured that these are temporary occurrences, and normal access and email transmission will resume automatically after the maintenance is complete.
