以下の日程にて HENNGE Lock のサーバーメンテナンスを予定しております。

日時:
2026年2月26日(木) 15:00 - 17:00 JST の内10分程度（最大1時間）

影響:
１．メンテナンス中は、HENNGE Lock アプリにて Push 通知がされなくなります。
２．メンテナンス中は、ユーザーポータル画面および管理画面のいずれからも OTP の新規セットアップができません。

メンテナンス中は HENNGE Lock アプリに Push 通知が行われなくなりますが、HENNGE Access Control のログイン自体ができなくなることはございません。
HENNGE Lock アプリによる Push通知でのログインをご利用されている場合でも、アプリに表示されている OTP トークンをログイン画面で直接入力することでログインが可能です。

Planned Server Maintenance for HENNGE Lock

Schedule:
Thursday, February 26, 2026, 15:00 - 17:00 JST
(Expected downtime: Approximately 10 minutes, up to 1 hour within this window)

Impact:
１．Push Notifications: During the maintenance, push notifications will not be sent to the HENNGE Lock app.
２．OTP Setup: New OTP setup will be unavailable from both the User Portal and the Admin Console.

Login Information:
Please note that logins to HENNGE Access Control will not be disabled during this maintenance.
If you usually use push notifications to log in, you can still access your account by manually entering the OTP token displayed in the HENNGE Lock app into the login screen.
