---------------- This is an update regarding the issue.
We have sent an email to customers who have a contract for HENNGE Cloud Protection, requesting their action regarding this matter.
The required action is the same permission update process we announced on this dashboard at 16:27 JST on May 14, 2025. The details of the required action are also available in the following HENNGE One Help Center article. Please review it and take the necessary steps.
---------------- We have currently identified a potential issue where SharePoint and Teams protection (detection/quarantine, etc.) is not functioning as expected in HENNGE Cloud Protection.
We are currently conducting a detailed investigation into this matter. You can identify the affected tenants using the following method: Access the HENNGE Cloud Protection (WithSecure) management screen. On the left-hand menu, select [Collaboration Protection] > [Cloud Services]. Tenants displaying the message "Refresh permissions to SharePoint to support the latest features and improvements" on the screen are the affected ones. We have also confirmed that performing the following steps will resume protection. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we kindly request that you perform the following steps. After completing the operation, please also verify that the protection scope for SharePoint and Teams is configured correctly.
On the left-hand menu, select [Collaboration Protection] > [Cloud Services]. Click the checkbox of the displayed tenant to select it. At the bottom of the screen, under "Selected Cloud Services," select "Refresh permissions to SharePoint". *If the Microsoft 365 sign-in screen appears, sign in with your Microsoft 365 administrator account. When the "Permissions requested" screen appears, select the "Accept" button.
We have confirmed that protection for Exchange Online and OneDrive is functioning normally.
