If you have already performed a "Download History" that includes data from December 20th to 24th, please request the history download again. Then, download the history from the newly generated download link.

We have confirmed that, in the [ Download Filter History ] feature of HENNGE Email DLP, emails sent after approximately 03:00 on Friday, December 20, are not included in the download results. However, these emails can still be accessed without any issues using the [ Filter History ] function.
