Following further investigation, we have determined that the impact of the AWS outage on HENNGE Cloud Protection, which occurred yesterday, was limited to the following two points:
Inability to access the Management Screen (Restored on October 20th)
Partial scanning failure (Automatic retries were initiated after restoration)
As mentioned above, while some scans were not executed during the AWS outage, automatic retries have been performed following the restoration of the service.
We sincerely apologize again for any inconvenience this may have caused.
