本事象につきまして、弊社システムチームにて対応を行い、復旧したことを確認いたしました。

なお、先日お伝えしたとおり、本件の影響範囲は一部テナントのアーカイブ検索のみに限られており、新規メールのアーカイブ取得などには影響はございませんでしたので、ご安心ください。

Regarding this issue, our system team has taken corrective action and confirmed that the service has been restored.

As previously mentioned, the impact of this issue was limited to archive searches in some tenants, and there was no impact on the archiving of new emails, so please rest assured.

Identified - An Issue in HENNGE Email Archive: An Error May Occur When Performing a Search

現在 HENNGE Email Archive にて、一部のテナントでアーカイブの検索が行えない（実行するとエラーが表示される）事象を確認しております。

本件についてはシステムチームにて原因を特定し、対応を開始しております。

ご迷惑をおかけしており申し訳ありません。

なお、メールのアーカイブ処理自体は正常に行われておりますので、この点につきましてはご安心ください。
